Starting on the left “Chocolate Mood” Add 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream with a half cup of ice, 2shots of Gin 2shots of vodka mixed then place in large glass.  Left back “Cherry Love” large bottle of cherries then half cup of ice in martini glass mix 2shots of Gin 2shots of vodka then mix cherry juice from cherry jar.  Front left “Blue Life” half cup of ice in martini glass 2shots of Friday’s blue berry mix 2shots of Gin 2shots of vodka.  Back right “Fallen Green Apple” half Glass of ice 2shots of Friday’s appletini 2shots of Gin 2shots of vodka.  Front right “Rock Glass” half cup of ice 2shots of vodka 2shots of Disaronno.  Don’t forget to add a cherry to each drink .HEY NOW SMILE NOW. 

 

  TOMATO FRESH BASIL WITH MOZZARELLA SIDES STRING BEANS AND PESTO DIP Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  One large tomato cut thick into four, then mozzarella block cut flat to get large pieces.  use a cup on top of the mozzarella to make round and fit the tomato, place on the side, to start your string beans in hot water for 1 ½ min.  As string beans are cooking plate your tomato & mozzarella together, remove string beans and place on plate with sea salt & pepper, place on the side pesto dip for string beans.  Now place Extra Virgin Olive oil on top of tomato & mozzarella with a good red wine.  Enjoy HEY NOW SMILE NOW

TUNA ROLLS WITH YELLOW CARROTS AND WHITE WINE & Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame.  “One head of lettuce one can of solid tuna one onion and plain yogurt sea salt.  Remove large pieces lettuce rise and lay to the side mix tuna, onion, sea salt, black pepper, let sit 2min. Place carrots in hot water for 1min then place on plate.  Take lettuce lay flat place tuna in a roll lettuce places next to carrots.  Add Asian Toasted Sesame on top of carrots enjoy with a glass of wine
